Grant Description
The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Office of Research and Development (ORD), National Center for Environmental Research (NCER), in cooperation with the EPA Clean Air Research Program, announces an extramural funding competition supporting research into the development, improvement, and demonstration of air pollution monitoring and measurement technologies. EPA is interested in supporting research that will improve the spatial and temporal coverage of air quality measurement data and enable the development of measurement technologies that will be used to address emerging air quality questions. In addition to regular awards, this solicitation includes the opportunity for early career projects. The purpose of the early career award is to fund research projects smaller in scope and budget by early career PIs. Please see Section III of this RFA for details on the early career eligibility criteria.
