The first invitational priority is for applications that promote science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) education. The second invitational priority is for applications that propose to engage faith-based and community organizations in the delivery of services under this program. The third invitational priority is for applications that submit a plan supported by evidence of strong theory (e.g., a fully developed logic model (as defined in this notice) of the proposed project).
