Eligible Applicants: Any institution of higher education that during FY 2008 awarded a total of $350,000 or more of Federal Pell Grant funds to students enrolled at the institution. An institution that currently has a CCAMPIS Program grant with a project period ending in 2009 and 2010 is eligible to apply in accordance with section III. 3 of the Notice Inviting Applications for New awards for fiscal Year (FY) 2009.
