Grant Description
The Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs announces a competition for grants to support the development of programs for U.S. undergraduate study abroad through exchanges of faculty, administrators, or students that are designed either to expand the capacity of the U.S. recipient organization to administer study abroad programs or to expand the capacity of partner institutions in eligible foreign countries to provide academic programs for U.S. undergraduate students. All applications must be submitted by public or private non-profit organizations, meeting the provisions described in Internal Revenue code section 26 USC 501(c)(3).
