Grant Description
The Public Affairs Section (PAS) of the U.S. Embassy in Tbilisi, Georgia is pleased to announce an open competition for the administration of the Civic and Tech through English Language (CTEL) program. U.S. and Georgian non-profit/non-governmental organizations and educational institutions may submit proposals to provide English language training courses aimed to improve English language command among Civic Education and Internet and Computer Technologies (ICT) teachers and to promote and improve integrated teaching and learning in the following three disciplines: English language, Civic Education and ICT in the public schools of Adjara and Kakheti regions.
