Grant Description
CDC’s Procurement and Grants Office has published a program announcement entitled, “Supporting the Implementation and Expansion of Provider Initiated HIV Testing and Counseling (PITC) in the Republic of Kenya under the President’s Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief.” Approximately $1,500,000 will be available to fund approximately two awards. The purpose of the program is to support the implementation and expansion of PITC activities in all health facilities beginning with the national, provincial and district hospitals initially, but later including health centers and private hospitals in Kenya as part of PEPFAR.
