Secretary’s Forecast Summary CDC-RFA-PS09-953 CDC’s Procurement and Grants Office has published a program announcement entitled, “Provision of Capacity Building to Emergency Plan Partners and to Local Organizations in Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) for HIV and AIDS Activities under the President's Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief (PEPFAR).” Approximately $1,000,000 will be available to fund approximately one award.
