Secretary’s Forecast Summary CDC-RFA-PS09-953 CDC’s Procurement and Grants Office has published a program announcement entitled, “Provision of Capacity Building to Emergency Plan Partners and to Local Organizations in Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) for HIV and AIDS Activities under the President's Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief (PEPFAR).” Approximately $1,000,000 will be available to fund approximately one award. The purpose of the program is to enhance HIV/AIDS control efforts in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) through provision of technical and financial assistance, and capacity building supporting HIV/AIDS and related diseases services.
