Grant Description

CDC’s Procurement and Grants Office has published a program announcement entitled, “Support for a Comprehensive HIV and AIDS Program at the District Level in the Republic of South Africa under the President’s Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief (PEPFAR).” Approximately $3,834,350 will be available to fund approximately one award. The purpose of the program is to strengthen service delivery, quality of care and support services to HIV infected and affected individuals at the district level. A particular focus of this program announcement is to support the United States Government (USG) and the South African Government (SAG) in expanding and strengthening HIV and AIDS related activities under the President’s Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief (PEPFAR) in South Africa.
