Secretary’s Forecast Summary CDC-RFA-PS09-916 CDC’s Procurement and Grants Office has published a program announcement entitled, “Confidential Counseling and Testing of Couples in the Republic of Rwanda under the President’s Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief.” Approximately $750,000 will be available to fund approximately one award.
