Secretary’s Forecast Summary CDC-RFA-PS09-9115 CDC’s Procurement and Grants Office has published a program announcement entitled, “Prevention Intervention Programs Targeting Youth and Most-at-Risk Populations (MARPs) in the Republic of Rwanda under the President’s Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief.” Approximately $2,500,000 will be available to fund approximately two awards. The purpose of the program is to implement a range of behavioral and biomedical prevention interventions that address the sources of new HIV infections at the scale and quality necessary to reduce incidence.
