Secretary’s Forecast Summary CDC-RFA-PS09-9108 CDC’s Procurement and Grants Office has published a program announcement entitled, “Strengthening Laboratory Systems and Building Sustainable Human Capacity in the Socialist Republic of Vietnam under the President’s Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief.” Approximately $320,000 will be available to fund approximately one award.
