Grant Description
The purpose of the program is to develop and implement programs designed to increase adolescent immunization rates through the efforts of healthcare providers. Projects should take direct aim at increasing rates of adolescent immunization. This program addresses the рHealthy People 2020с focus area(s) of immunization related to adolescent immunization.
