Grant Description
The purpose of the program is to coordinate and disseminate national issues related to immunizations for children, adolescents and adults through: • Education and Communication: Create communication mechanism to rapidly disseminate information to and from State and Territorial Health Officials. Develop materials and distribute information to State and Territorial Health Officials and other audiences to increase vaccination coverage rates. Share information on topics such as: new initiatives, emerging threats, changes in recommendations and programmatic changes in the National Center for Immunization and Respiratory Diseases.
