Grant Description
The purpose of this FOA is improve health outcomes towards the 90-90-90 treatment targets through efficient and effective HIS innovations that will improve data quality, increase data access and use of data for patient care, program evaluation, routine reporting, clinical decision, cohort analysis, and case based surveillance, among other service delivery functions. Except where specifically classified, all activities in this FOA will be carried out through building the capacities of the MOH, CHMT, and service delivery partners to ensure sustainability of outcomes.
