The Caribbean Health Research Council was assigned responsibility for coordinating the scale-up of HIV/AIDS monitoring and evaluation in the Caribbean by the Pan Caribbean Partnership Against HIV/AIDS (PANCAP), a special project of CARICOM. PANCAP Member Countries are: Anguilla, Antigua & Barbuda, The Bahamas, Barbados, Belize, Bermuda, British Virgin Islands, Cayman Islands, Cuba, Dominica, Dominican Republic, Grenada, Guyana, Haiti, Jamaica, Montserrat, Netherlands Antilles, Puerto Rico, St. Kitts & Nevis, St., Lucia, St. Vincent & The Grenadine, Suriname, Trinidad & Tobago, Turks & Caicos Islands, and the US Virgin Islands.

Grant Description
The purpose of this project is to substantially increase the ability of HIV/AIDS leaders, program managers and staff across the region to design and implement strategies to collect, analyze, and use Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) data and strategic information effectively to inform policy, set priorities, document results, make informed decisions, improve program performance, and account for resources.
