Grant Description
The primary purpose of this program is to reduce and prevent HIV and STD infection among high-risk women (ages 18-44) and high-risk youth (ages 12-24), with a focus on African Americans and Latinos, in East Oakland, California, by using street outreach, mobile HIV testing, counseling, a small-group intervention, quarterly Town Hall HIV updates, and a mass media campaign.
