Grant Description
Funding is available through the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service USFWS California Landscape Conservation Cooperative (CA LCC) to complete work as identified in the CA LCC 2011 program priorities. Specifically, the California Invasive Plant Council will build an online tool for a set of risk maps that will allow natural resource managers to generate maps and summary statistics for areas they select, and to determine management priorities. The USFWS intends to award California Invasive Plant Council a single source agreement because of the unique qualificaitons of the staff with the technical expertise to develop this tool. The anticipated project start date will be July 2011 with an expected completion date of December 2012.
