Grant Description

Air Force Research Laboratory, AFRL/RH Human Effectiveness Directorate, Wright Research Site is soliciting technical and cost proposals on the four research programs described below. Proposals should be addressed to the Contracting Point of Contact (POC) stated in Paragraph 9 of each program listed below. This is an unrestricted solicitation. This Call for Proposals is being issued under open-ended Broad Agency Announcement (BAA) PKD-08-0006, which was published in FedBizOpps.gov on 25 June 2008. Proposals submitted shall be in accordance with this announcement.
