The United States Government, through USAID/Ethiopia, is seeking, from prospective partners, concept papers to be followed by full applications (if concept papers are selected) to implement activities in support of the HIV-infected and affected Orphans and Vulnerable Children (OVC). USAID Ethiopia anticipates awarding one or more Cooperative Agreements (hereafter called Agreements) for a period of no less than one year and no more than three years.
