This is being awarded single source to the Spirit Lake Tribe. This was previously competitively announced on the Federal Register on December 19, 2011 The Spirit Lake Nation will utilize this funding to assess wind resource data, and develop a Power Purchase Agreement, which will assist in the development of their 27 MW wind project.
