Grant Description
The First Responder Network Authority (FirstNet) issues this Federal Funding Opportunity to describe the requirements under which FirstNet will award grants for the Band 14 Incumbent Spectrum Relocation Grant Program. This grant program is intended to assist public safety entities that are currently operating on Band 14 to relocate their communications operations to other frequencies allocated by the Federal Communications Commission, and provide the unencumbered spectrum that is necessary for the nationwide public safety broadband network (NPSBN).
