This announcement describes the Sea-based Aviation National Naval Responsibility (SBA NNR) Structures and Materials Focus Area research opportunity to be launched under the ONRBAA14-001, Long Range Broad Agency Announcement for Navy and Marine Corps Science and Technology. The purpose of this announcement is to focus attention of the scientific community on (1) the areas to be studied, and (2) the planned timetable for the initial round of white paper submissions.
