Grant Description
The Bureau of Reclamation (Reclamation), Lower Colorado Region, Yuma Area Office is requesting proposals to fund projects for activities in support of their Endangered Species and Environmental Restoration programs in federal Fiscal Year (FY) 2011 (October 1, 2010 through September 30, 2011). The Yuma Area Office periodically makes funding available for conducting activities for Threatened and Endangered (T&E) species and their habitats under the Fish and Wildlife Coordination Act (FWCA) Section 7.(a) (1) of the Endangered Species Act (ESA). It is anticipated that between one and three awards will be made from responsive, responsible and eligible recipients and will be based on the highest rated technical merit at the fixed assistance amount. Cost sharing or cost matching in the amount of 25% or more is desired. Applications will be reviewed, evaluated and rated by a technical panel.
